How to find and book a transfer?

In the “pickup point” field, enter your departure location. In the “destination point” field, enter your drop-off location. Select a city, airport, or exact direction from the dropdown menu.

Then enter the number of passengers and click “Check prices”. Choose a suitable transfer and fill out the booking form.

How far in advance can I book a transfer?

You can place an order no later than 12 hours before the trip.

How do I know my order has been accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email — a voucher containing your order number and all trip details.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed by less than 30 minutes, the driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly.

Important: If the free waiting time included in the fare is exceeded, the driver may request an additional fee.

How will I find my driver?

If you are arriving at an airport, the driver will meet you at the designated meeting area. This location is shown during the booking process.

Important: the driver will meet you with a sign displaying the first and last name provided in the order.

For departures from a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the car.

Benefits of booking an airport transfer

Your transfer is arranged in advance

The driver receives your flight details and arrives at the meeting point before your plane lands. They will meet you as close to the arrivals area as the airport rules allow. The same applies to trips from train stations or hotels — the driver will be waiting at the specified address with a sign showing your name. Unlike a regular taxi that you have to order and look for after arrival, a transfer saves 10–15 minutes and eliminates unnecessary waiting.

No need to talk to the driver

All trip details are known in advance, so you don’t need to speak the local language. The driver will meet you with a name sign, and the route and price are already specified in the booking confirmation. Unlike a regular taxi, where you might have to negotiate the fare and conditions on the spot, here everything is fixed and transparent.

You can travel with non-standard luggage

When booking, you can simply specify that you need space, for example, for skis or other large equipment. Your booking will only be confirmed if the carrier can provide a suitable vehicle. If this isn’t possible, you will know about it in advance.

Airport transfer at a fixed price

You pay for the transfer online, and the price is fixed at the time of booking. It doesn’t change depending on how soon the trip is. Unlike local taxis or public transport, where the fare can be unpredictable and you may need to exchange currency immediately, here everything is clear in advance.

The car class you actually booked

You get a car of the exact class you selected when booking — or a higher one. The capacity is known in advance: the number of passengers and standard suitcases in the trunk is specified in the order. With local taxis, you can’t reliably predict this.

Reliable even if your flight is delayed

The driver tracks your flight arrival time and adjusts to any changes. Even if the plane is delayed, you’ll still be met at the agreed place in the airport. This removes the risk of being left without a car and saves you from extra stress.
